Jesseca McNeill

As the program manager for joinFITE, Jesseca has the good fortune of having her dream job. She is working with a for-profit brand to partner with a non-profit cause, reaching new consumers at the same time.  As an original team member of the joinFITE initiative, she is dedicated to furthering founder Jane Wurwand’s vision to economically empower women into Financial Independence Through Entrepreneurship.

Her passion and expertise for joinFITE’s mission stems from her background as a beauty business professional and an avid philanthropist in her personal time.  Her previous roles include working alongside the founder of Redken, running a global entrepreneurial program for the beauty industry, and managing marketing projects for non-profits with the Russ Reid Agency.

As a philanthropist, Jesseca is currently an active member of Step Up Women’s Network and the Philanthropic Society Los Angeles.  Her most cherished work has been with Kidsave, as a board member and host family for the child advocacy organization serving older foster youth.  For more than 4 years she has been a mentor and permanent person in the life of a foster youth, a connection that will be lifelong.
