My name is Elizabeth Hardig, and I joined the virtual world in 2008. Since then, I have made it my mission to help small-business owners grow their online presence in order to reach a higher level of success. Although it may sound a bit ridiculous, organization is my passion. I love that I can help entrepreneurs make a seamless transition into this crazy online world simply by prioritizing and executing. My clients sleep better because they have a plan and most importantly, a trusted team member, to implement this plan. I can assure you, there is no better feeling then hearing my clients breathe that sigh of relief.

In October of 2006, I headed to the west coast where I worked for a fashion and lifestyle public relations firm in the heart of Los Angeles. I gained tremendous public relations experience working with countless companies helping to increase their brand exposure. My boss at the time (now my client!) decided her public relations company was not keeping her busy enough and ventured into the online business world. She created a thriving branding business in less than a year, and I was her wing woman—collaborating with her every step of the way.

It didn’t take me long to realize the virtual route was the path I wanted to take. My “aha moment,” so to speak, was when my boss (mentioned above) bought me Dreamweaver, set it on my desk, and said, “I want an email newsletter…go!” At that point, I didn’t even know what HTML stood for, much less how to write code. I buried my nose in Dreamweaver for Dummies and took a stab at it. It was a scary couple of days for me, but my resourcefulness paid off, and my first ezine was born.

Today, I am a Certified Ecommerce Virtual Assistant Specialist™ and WordPress Website Developer working with over a dozen clients at a time. I have participated in hundreds of training programs to enhance my technical expertise and am proficient in the following programs: WordPress, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, 1ShoppingCart, Infusionsoft, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, AudioAcrobat, and Google Analytics.
I currently live in Chicago, where my experience paired with an extensive and ever-growing skill set allows me to be the best asset for each and every one of my clients.
