Diane Prins Sheldahl
Diane Prins Sheldahl is the Vice President, Human Resources and Learning & Development for the Global Functions at Hewlett-Packard, Inc. (HP).
Prior to her current role at HP, Diane has spent approximately 20 years in the HR profession at large Fortune 10, Fortune 100 companies and start-ups organizations such as Honeywell, Abbot Laboratories, Lucent, Agere Systems, Emcore and Archive.
She has supported organizations and/or lead global teams in the areas of recruiting/staffing, learning and development, talent management, organizational design, total rewards/compensation, employee engagement and change management. She believes in the power of people (talent) and that talent is the key foundation to any organization large or small.
Altadena, California, is home for Diane and her husband, Kevin and three children; Sydney, Zachary and Brooklyn. Diane holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Administration degree in Human Resources from Syracuse University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and a volunteer coach, student mentor and Board Member for Los Angeles Leadership Academy, an inner-city Los Angeles school and volunteers with other non-profit organizations.
